Fitness Sense

How many times have you said to yourself, ok I'm going back to the gym! This time I’m going to stick to it and finally have the body I had in high school or close to it.

So you’re watching TV one night and see this inframercial about this new exercise, new diet or new ''Lose weight fast'' pill, shake or juice.You say to yourself '' wow that must really work''.But what really works or is there any thing out there that does?

I mean we all seen them, the abs buster, bunds of steel, butt squeezer and all that good stuff. Is there any thing that actually works. Anyways, on a more serious tip for those who actually do some thing or just know some thing I about fitness.

Well I have a few questions for you all.

- What is the best time to train, morning or evening?
- Can you train for weight loss and not lose body mass?
- Is cardio better before or after weight training?
- How long should you keep program 3, 4, or 6 weeks?
- Is it good to supper set or is it too much for your body?
- Is 2 exercise the max you should do to supper set?
- Is it true that if don’t sleep enough your tissues don’t get the rest they need to repair?
- How many times a week should you train just to keep in shape?
- How much rest does your body really need?
- How much cardio dod you have to do to lose wight 10,20,30 or over 40 min?

OK enough questions for now I’ll be back with a whole lot more. So please if you have any answers would be gladly appreciated plus I’m sure we could all trade a few good secrets.
